agentNTA is a VM running on Windows 10/11 Hyper-V. Using traffic mirroring, it non-intrusively analyzes every network packet of agent’s Internet traffic. NTA includes jitter, packet loss and latency of RTP and SRTP used by WebRTC and SIP VoIP at the agent endpoint for quality assurance. ccNTA (CC infrastructure NTA) can add network traffic visibility to any SBC, CX, UC, or other proxy server.  By running our setup script, the server will configured to mirror network traffic through a VXLAN tunnel to Prilink NTA engine.  We will analyze the traffic in real-time and produce NTA that can be viewed through a web dashboard or through a Windows desktop application (t-console).
