Installed on small hardware appliances provided by Prilink, BI-agent.net as a Service is ideal for monitoring heavy cloud-edge or on-premise traffic. It can analyze network packets from any mirror source (SPAN port, network tap, or VXLAN tunnel). Network KPI can be viewed through a web-based dashboard, no other software installation is required.
Description

Our visualization ensures that network is not hidden from you, and provides easy access to network KPI that improve operation work flow. By owning KPI, you are in control of your network and can lead collaboration with ISP and software vendors.
Procedures
- Setup traffic mirroring: Configure switch SPAN port / network tap / VXLAN tunnel to forward network traffic to the Edge-Network-KPI device. For example, CRS3xx series switches from MikroTik (such as CRS304-4XG-IN) can be configured to copy traffic from a source port or ports to a mirror destination port for network monitoring (see Port Mirroring section of MikroTik RouterOS manual for details).
- Plug in your Edge-Network-KPI device and connect it to the mirror source from step 1.
- Access your dashboard using the URL provided by Prilink. You can view real-time network insights from any desktop or mobile web browser.
