Procedures
- Setup traffic mirroring: Configure switch SPAN port / network tap / VXLAN tunnel to forward network traffic to the EdgeNTA device. For example, CRS3xx series switches from MikroTik (such as CRS304-4XG-IN) can be configured to copy traffic from a source port or ports to a mirror destination port for network monitoring (see Port Mirroring section of MikroTik RouterOS manual for details).
- Connect your EdgeNTA device to the mirror source from step 1 and also to your LAN.
- Install EdgeHub on a VM. (EdgeHub SW License purchased separately)
- Access your dashboard through your EdgeHub using any desktop or mobile web browser.
